(at around 45 mins) A major scene in the film involves a meeting between lawyer David Kleinfeld and his client, Mob boss Tony Taglialucci, which takes place at the Vernon C. Bain Correctional Center, a prison barge docked on the south shore of the Bronx. However, the movie takes place in 1975. The New York City Department of Corrections did not start using prison barges until 1988, and the Bain Correctional Center only came into operation in 1992. (It was brand new when the movie was made.)
