When Theo is talking to Hans about needing a miracle, there are analogue videotape dropouts (clearly visible as flickering horizontal lines) over the graphics of the vault security system showing "Electromagnetic Seal Engaged - No Local Access".This indicates both that the graphics are being played into the on-set monitor from tape (most likely Sony U-Matic or Hi8), and that the tape and/or player had been well-used. Those kinds of analogue dropouts suggest physical tape wear and/or a poorly-maintained player.
