When Kylo Ren kills Han Solo, it is clearly obvious that Kylo Ren retracts/turns off his Lightsaber. This is also noticeable because of the unique sound his saber emits. However, after Han Solo touches Kylo Ren's face and then falls off the platform, you can see that Kylo Ren's Lightsaber is on again.
