The montage shown during the introduction shows events in the history of flight and space exploration but not in chronological order. Also, the events seem to focus on American achievements and doesn't show Russias role in the space race including the first object in space (Sputnik), first animal in space (Laika the dog) & first man in space (Yuri Gagarin).
