Just as C3-PO informs the planet-team they've got company, R2-D2 is in view, and at the same time the audience can clearly see C3-PO's torso moving, as of that one person breathing. As known, he's a droid with no other aesthetics as to make him look human other than that he's a biped humanoid droid.
