Harry and Marv were arrested less than one year ago at McCallister residence for what would be aggravated burglary, multiple counts of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and endangerment of minor. They would at the very least be held in jail awaiting trial or, having plead guilty at arraignment, serving prison time already. In any event they would not be out of prison having served their sentence, considering what the charges would be, plea deal notwithstanding.
