When the two police officers', taking Mrs. Burke to help assist them, leave the police back-lot, car park, they proceed to leave with red light flashing and siren wailing, they then drive to the spot where Mrs. Burke's child has been dumped in the dumpster; the location of the dumpster is the exact location where they have just left, in the police back-lot, car park.
