Unicron re-formats both Bombshell and Skywarp into Cyclonus-model spacecrafts, calling them "Cyclonus; the warrior; and his armada." The second ship never appears again after this scene. This has lead to endless fan debate over whether the one other ship represents an "armada," or whether that is the new robot's name, as well as arguments over whether it was Skywarp or Bombshell who became Cyclonus. Thundercracker, Shrapnel, and Kickback are re-formatted into Scourge and the sweeps, but when they all form a fleet with Cyclonus, not only is the second Cyclonus missing, there is now an additional sweep.
