(at around 1h 40 mins) When the restaurant is closed down, the poster on the door says that the restaurant has been closed in violation of French Health Laws. Such cases are handled by each municipality (in this case, Paris), and the poster would state as such. And as the restaurant is in France, the poster is more than a bit redundant.
