Lloyd is shown laughing in a satisfied manner after Harry's toilet incident. The timing implies that everything that happened was part of his plan for revenge. However, he could not have known the toilet was broken, so to him the only cost to Harry was the, as it turned out, relatively short (20 seconds or so and not re-occurring) bout of diarrhea. Hardly great revenge for stealing the love of his life.
