The helicopters being used by Johnson and Johnson in their rescue attempt on the roof are clearly United States Marine Corps gunships. Yet it would have taken Presidential authority to suspend the Posse Comitatus Act and call in the military on US soil in order to deal with the hostage crisis.Yet somehow the Production Companies were able to get around the Posse Comitatus Act to get those gunships for the movie.
