Around 1:15:30 when the sniper is sighting who he finds out is not the terrorist leaders (Amed Qasim) wife (Asma Shishani) thru till about 1:18 you can see the cross hairs of the scope roaming around her head. A split second before he takes the shot the camera shows the cross hairs right on her head, but he hits her in the chest and we see that she is conveniently wearing a bullet proof vest.He was looking at her face for identification and he shot her center mass for the sure kill shot.
