(at around 15 mins) On the side view of the AWACS crew, one can see part of the Flight Engineer panel with all the amber lights related to cross feed valve position, low pressure fuel pumps and fuel shutdown valves turned on. They shouldn't while in flight. Also the generators load indicators read zero, meaning along with the previous paragraph that the engines are not running.
