When Temple shoots Trigger, the camera is focused on his right hand putting out a cigarette. After the second shot his body starts to drop down, though only his right arm is seen to go parallel to the ground. However, in the next shot his right arm is still vertical/perpendicular to the ground & he proceeds to fall again.
