Correction: It's only masculine in Italian. It's Feminine in Spanish, and "Ramos" seems to be Spanish. :)
Correction: Since Ramos seems to be Spanish the correct feminine name would be Rosaria. In Spanish the 'o' ending on a word is masculine and the 'a' is feminine.
