After the negotiations with the Mouth of Sauron (Extended DVD version), Aragorn decapitates the Mouth of Sauron. The Black Gates open, and the Orcs march out, but as the camera pulls back to a wide angle shot showing Aragorn and the others ride back to their army, there is no sign of the Mouth's body, or of his horse.
