Cargo ships rarely dock in any of New York City's port facilities and haven't routinely since the 1980s. If the Russian vessel was docked anywhere in the New York City metro area it would have been in the Port of Elizabeth, New Jersey, roughly 20 nautical miles from the NY Public Library. Unless the ship was brought by the mega-tsunami (in which case it would have wrecked in Lower Manhattan) there's no way it would reached Midtown Manhattan even if the streets were wide enough to accommodate it.
