About halfway through the movie: "Ai confini della realtà: Nightmare at 20,000 Feet", an episode of Ai confini della realtà which features a gremlin on the side of the plane, slowly dismantling it while terrifying William Shatner's character is being shown as the in-flight entertainment. In reality, any visuals of that intensity would be censured so as not to cause discomfort in passengers.
