Dalla decisione legale americana della fine del 18° secolo che il modello organizzativo della società d'affari è legalmente una persona, è diventata una forza economica, politica e sociale dominante in tutto il mondo. Questo film prende un esame psicologico approfondito del modello organizzativo attraverso vari casi di studio. Ciò che lo studio illustra è che nel suo comportamento, questo tipo di "persona" si comporta tipicamente come uno psicopatico pericolosamente distruttivo senza coscienza. Inoltre, vediamo la profonda minaccia che questo psicopatico ha per il nostro mondo e il nostro futuro, ma anche come le persone con coraggio, intelligenza e determinazione possono fare per fermarlo.
