Terry e Charlie ricevono un passaggio da una vecchia signora, la cui automobile pare guastarsi nel mezzo di un bosco. Si tratta in realtà di una trappola ordita da una famiglia di psicopatici: Ike e Addley, i figli della donna, uccidono brutalmente la coppia. Intanto tre amiche, Trina, Abbey e Jackie, si preparano per il loro annuale appuntamento con il “fine settimana misterioso”. La meta è una sperduta area boschiva del New Jersey. Accampatesi, le ragazze praticano il nuoto e la pesca ignorando di essere spiate da Ike e Addley. Nottetempo i due psicopatici attaccano le donne, legandole e imbavagliandole al fine di sottoporle ai loro giochi sadici davanti agli occhi della madre compiacente.
