Gli Hello Dolly sono biscotti fatti in casa, con addittivi illegali, e tutti ne sono ghiotti: Nixon, Kissinger, lo stesso Leonid Breznev. Lo scandalo Watergate è reinventato con arguzia e una sana vena demenziale da un film, adorato dai critici americani, che dosa cronaca, costume, parodia e delirio pop. Gli adulti sembrano tutti fessi.
