Due siciliani portieri d'albergo vengono per sbaglio incaricati da un agente della Cia di smascherare i piani del dottor Goldfoot, che vuole conquistare il mondo causando un conflitto tra americani e russi. Per il suo piano si serve di bellissime ragazze che eliminano a uno a uno i generali delle due parti. Poi dovrebbe lanciare un'atomica su Mosca causando una reazione a catena. Ma i due riescono goffamente a far fallire il piano, anche se finiranno prigionieri in Siberia
