We started off badly this morning, Daniels. That's unfortunate. Having an inmate dislike me makes my job that much tougher. But, discipline is something that must be maintained. The more - intelligent prisoners, when they realize that, they cooperate with me - in every way.
Lee Daniels:
Oh? I'm all for cooperation.
Matron Densmore:
Good. I'm glad.
Lee Daniels:
And now that we're buddies, how about letting me get back to sleep.
Matron Densmore:
What's your hurry? I mean it's - it's much more comfortable here. Have a drink. Have a drink. It will help you to relax. What's the matter? Don't you indulge.
Lee Daniels:
When I feel like it.
Matron Densmore:
Alright. I won't force you Daniels. But, you see how long it takes you before you come to me. And not very long, I'll bet.
