Man in Cafe:
[shakes head, fed up]
Man, you need help.
David Mann:
[Mann slaps the sandwich out of his hand]
Don't you tell me I need *help*!
Man in Cafe:
[punches Mann in the stomach]

Cafe Owner:
[piercing, nasal voice]
