Did you bring me more painkillers? I told the doctor I'm in a lot of pain. I think the liver is swelling or my body is rejecting it or I don't know what. But I do know that my family paid enough money for me to get a few more fucking painkillers.
[Alex pauses not knowing what to say]
Female Patient:
Do you even speak English?
[Alex nods no before walking out of the room]
