Michael Fox:

Bank Teller:
You can pick those up at the Statements desk.
Michael Fox:
Where's that?
[She points over to the longest line]
Michael Fox:
Hmm, could I get just - uh, could I just get some from you? I've already been waiting 25 minutes in line.
Bank Teller:
I'm sorry, sir. I don't work in the Statements department.
