[Marv pistol whips him]

[shoots him in the crotch]
Marv:
You keep holding out on me like this, and I'm going to have to get really nasty.
Stan:
It was Telly Stern passed me the order. Runs the tables over at the Triple Ace Club.
Marv:

[Shoots him in the head]
