Since almost the beginning of my career as an architect, I have had some problems relating my buildings to the surroundings since there were no reliable contexts surrounding any of the sites. So I always tried to make my buildings as positive as possible, and never passive. My intention is just the opposite. It is to provoke, or sometimes destroy the existing context.
