Peter Pan:
[Tinkerbell tells him what's happened]
The Indians have been defeated? And Wendy and the boys have been captured by the pirates? I'll rescue her! I'll rescue her!
[Tinkerbell notices the poisoned medicine]
Peter Pan:
What? That's just my medicine.
[Tinkerbell protests]
Peter Pan:
Poison? Nonsense, who could've poisoned it? I promised Wendy I'd take that, and I'm going to just as soon as I sharpen my dagger.
[Tinkerbell drinks the medicine]
Peter Pan:
Tink! You drunk my medicine!
[Tinkerbell flies about slowly and grows dim]
Peter Pan:
What's the matter with you? It was poison, wasn't it? You drank it to save my life. Tink? Dear Tink! You're dying! Your voice is so low now I can hardly hear you. What's that? You believe that you could get well again... if children believed in fairies.
