Will Turner:
[Deleted Scene]
I wager everything I own.
Davey Jones:
I only bet what's nearest to a man's heart. Else, there's no way to tell if he's bluffing. When a man is willing to risk, or not to risk, that's a measure of his soul.
Will Turner:
I wager a hundred years of service.
'Bootstrap' Bill Turner:
No!
Davey Jones:
Against your freedom?
Will Turner:
Against my father's freedom.
[Starts shaking the dice]

Davey Jones:
Agreed.
[They both slam their cups on the table and Will looks at his dice]

Will Turner:
Two threes.
Davey Jones:
You're a desperate man. What is the cause?
[Chuckles]

Davey Jones:
It could only be a woman.
[Looks at his dice]

Davey Jones:
Three threes.
Will Turner:
A woman need not cause you to be desperate, if you choose the right woman. Four threes.
Davey Jones:
I remember now. You're the one who hopes to get married, but your fate is to be married to this ship.
Will Turner:
I choose my own fate.
Davey Jones:
Then it wouldn't be fate, would it? Five threes.
Will Turner:
[Will's dice are revealed to show he has four sixes]
Five sixes!
Davey Jones:
Liar!
[the dice are revealed to show that Will was telling the truth. The crew murmurs in astonishment as Davy Jones taps his pipe to his claw, congratulating Turner]

Davey Jones:
Well done, Master Turner.
[He turns to walk away]

'Bootstrap' Bill Turner:
[Confronting Jones]
I'm free Jones.
Will Turner:
[Stands up]
Another game?
Davey Jones:
You can't best the devil twice son.
Will Turner:
Then why are you walking away?
