Do you remember when I danced when I was little?
Evelyn:
Why do you ask?
Avery:
I was just thinking about it. Why did I stop?
Evelyn:
Well, honey, you weren't exactly a natural. We thought it best to put you in other activities that you excelled at.
Avery:
Yeah, but I remember it being so much fun! I mean, it didn't matter if I was good.
Avery's father:
Yeah, but you had a full plate with your academic schedule. You had to make some sacrifices and it served you well. Look where you are now!
Avery:
You're right.
