Il vicino di casa di Peter Griffin, quello che parla sempre moolto lentamente, quello che puntualmente finisce nel giardino di casa con tutta la vasca da bagno, proprio lui, CLEVELAND BROWN, si trasferisce nella sua città natale in Virginia con il figlio 14enne, CLEVELAND JR. Diversi anni fa, Cleveland era follemente innamorato della sua compagna di classe delle superiori, DONNA. Purtroppo per lui, il suo amore non fu ricambiato, e Donna finì sposata con un altro. Cleveland aveva addirittura detto a Donna che l'avrebbe sempre amata, e che se suo marito l'avesse maltrattata, lui sarebbe sempre stato disponibile per lei... Beh, quell'uomo l'ha sicuramente trattata male, adesso Donna è divorziata, e ha due figli avuti con il suo ex marito: Roberta, un'adolescente carina e un po' viziata, e Rallo, un bambino in età prescolare ma molto "intraprendente" col gentil sesso.
