Matthew Alan, who plays Chris Merrill throughout season 2, was formerly part of cast of Sons Of Anarchy (S03E11), where he played a character named Mark Petrie. The name Mark Petrie is actually the name of a character originally in Stephen King's book "Salem's Lot," of which a LOT of Season 2 of Castle Rock is centered around.
