Four of the five main characters from another film by director Sam Raimi, La casa (1981), make cameo appearances in this film. Bruce Campbell, Ellen Sandweiss, Betsy Baker, and Theresa Tilly all had small roles in Oz. The only one to not be present was Richard DeManincor, the actor who had played as Scott.
