In the Angel of Death's chamber at Bethmoora, a person can clearly see that there are over a hundred jars full of what appear to be malformed human fetuses. It's a clear reference to Guillermo's previous film La spina del diavolo (2001) and one of the main characters having several dead fetuses in jars in his laboratory.
