The Griffins always seem to have the same thing for dinner: three pieces of some kind of beef, mashed potatoes and peas. This is similar to the television show Daria (1997) where the Morgendorffer family will usually have lasagna. Coincidentally, this show and Daria have characters named "Chris Griffin".
