Danny Masterson, Ashton Kutcher and Topher Grace were the only cast members born in the years the show is set in. Danny was born in 1976 which covers the first 12 and 23rd episodes of season 1. Ashton and Topher were born in 1978 which covers the final four episodes of season 3, all of seasons 4 and 5 and the first seven episodes of season 6. Laura Prepon and Wilmer Valderrama were born in 1980 which is the year shown on the tag for the final time in the final episode of the series.
