Doctors: Xander Harrison
Al's 'sort of' godson is called Xander Harrison, named after Buffy character Xander Harris. When Karen declares Xander an unusual name, Al and Niamh try to explain to her and Mrs Tembe that Xander's mother was a big Buffy fan and try to extol the brilliance of the series. The sequence ends with Al stating that the series Buffy 'has a little something for everyone'.
