Torniamo agli anni sessanta con Batman e Robin di nuovo in azione quando Gotham City viene minacciata da un quartetto formato dai nemici più diabolici di Batman - Pinguino, Joker, Enigmista e Catwoman. Questa volta, i quattro supercriminali hanno unito i loro malvagi talenti per ideare un piano così scellerato che il dinamico duo avrà bisogno di andare nello spazio (e viceversa) per sventare i loro acerrimi nemici e ristabilire l'ordine a Gotham City.
