Un gruppo di studenti, sopravvissuti a un naufragio causato dall'attacco di una specie di squalo a due teste geneticamente mutato, si rifugia su un atollo deserto. Quando oramai pensano di essere al sicuro, i giovani si ritrovano a dover fare i conti ancora una volta con la creatura e le sue fauci.
