La famiglia Weaver sta festeggiando l'acquisto della sua nuova casa in un parco lussuoso ed estremamente esclusivo. L'ultima casa venduta in questa struttura risale a dieci anni prima e i Weaver si rendono conto del perchè quasi subito: i vicini sono alieni provenienti dal pianeta Zabrvon. Alieni e umani scopriranno presto che non c'è molta differenza quando si tratta di affrontare la vita e i problemi quotidiani.
