Kenneth Zevo, un eccentrico fabbricante di giocattoli, alla sua morte lascia la direzione della sua fabbrica al fratello, il generale Leland Zevo, convinto guerrafondaio che intende realizzare videogiochi e armi giocattolo. Ma Leslie, il figlio di Kenneth, che ha ereditato lo spirito ludico del padre, con l'aiuto dei vecchi giocattoli, riuscirà a prendere il controllo della fabbrica.
