Il film narra la storia di quattro giovanotti che provengono dalla parte sbagliata del New Jersey, i quali si uniranno per formare il gruppo rock icona degli anni ’60, The Four Seasons. La storia dei processi e dei trionfi, è accompagnata da canzoni che hanno influenzato una generazione, tra le quali “Sherry”, “Big Girls Don’t Cry”, “Walk Like a Man”, “Dawn”, “Rag Doll”, “Bye Bye Baby”, “Who Loves You” e molte altre.
