Raj (#AkshayKumar) è un ingegnere che conosce un giovane avvocato, Priya (#KareenaKapoor). I due si innamorano e decidono di sposarsi. Nasce un'unione serena e felice tra i due che dura fino a quando non ricompare nella vita di Raj, Sonia Roy (#PriyankaChopra) sua ex. I due, anni prima, avevano avuto una relazione dalla quale Sonia era rimasta incinta. Essendo lei una modella, nonostante il parere contrario di Raj, aveva interrotto la gravidanza ed i due si erano lasciati. Ora sono entrambi sposati ma Sonia quando rivede il suo ex prova a riconquistarlo. Raj ama molto sua moglie e rifiuta le avances della donna che per ripicca lo accusa di molestie sessuali. Le accuse porteranno l'uomo in tribunale e a dispetto delle aspettative, Priya gli resterà accanto e sarà la chiave risolutiva del caso.
