In questa nuova avventura, Batman e Nightwing sono costretti con riluttanza ad allearsi con Harley Quinn per salvare l’umanità dai malvagi (ma ecologici) piani di Poison Ivy e Jason Woodrue (alias l’Uomo Floronico), i quali vogliono eliminare l’umanità dalla Terra per salvare il pianeta. La pazienza di Batman sarà messa a dura prova dall’imprevedibile e inaffidabile Harley, molto amica di Poison Ivy, durante un viaggio pieno di insidie e ostacoli.
