In seguito alla scoperta di un cunicolo spazio-temporale, un gruppo di esploratori si avventura in una eroica missione per tentare di superare i limiti della conquista spaziale e oltrepassare le distanze che fino a quel momento avevano reso impraticabili i viaggi interstellari.
