Willy, il principe di Bel-Air (The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air) è una popolare sit-com statunitense andata in onda sul canale NBC dal 10 settembre 1990 al 20 marzo 1996. Lo show lanciò l'attore Will Smith. La sitcom è incentrata sulla vita di un ragazzo proveniente da Philadelphia che vive con dei ricchi parenti (la zia materna e lo zio avvocato, in seguito giudice) in una villa di Bel Air. In 6 stagioni vennero prodotti 148 episodi trasmessi in moltissime nazioni. Willy è un ragazzo cresciuto nel ghetto di Philadelphia. La madre, visto l'ambiente violento e pericoloso in cui si trova continuamente il figlio, decide di mandarlo ad abitare dalla sorella, Vivian Banks. Willy così piomba come un fulmine a ciel sereno in casa degli zii in uno dei quartieri più "in" della città di Los Angeles, Bel Air. La loro vita cambierà di colpo: pigiama party a tutte le ore, belle ragazze che sbucano da tutte le parti, musica a tutto volume alla domenica mattina. Willy riesce comunque con la sua simpatia a conquistare gli zii così diversi da lui.
