Laurie, coperta di sangue e sotto choc viene disarmata e condotta in ospedale. È il raccordo con il finale di Halloween di Zombie del 2007. Si prosegue con una angosciosa caccia della ragazza da parte di Mike Myers che si conclude con un risveglio dall'incubo nell'autunno dell'anno successivo. Ora Laurie vive con la sua migliore amica Annie e con il padre di lei. La ragazza è tormentata dai ricordi e sta scivolando sempre più nell'ossessione. Intanto lo psichiatra Dottor Loomis ha scritto un libro in cui narra le vicende dell'assassino alla cui furia è riuscito a sfuggire.
