Static Shock

Ambientata nell'immaginaria Dakota City, la serie ha come protagonista Virgil Hawkins, un teenager afroamericano che - nel corso di un evento noto come Big Bang - viene esposto a un mutagene sperimentale che gli dona il potere di controllare e manipolare l'elettricità. Con l'aiuto del compagno di scuola e amico Richie Foley (che diventerà Gear dalla terza stagione in poi) il giovane supereroe combatterà i criminali metaumani che minacciano la sicurezza della sua città.
